2012: A real phenomenon! ****

The 2012 phenomenon. How would the governments of our planet prepare six billion people for the end of the world?

The 2012 films slated for the release will contain elements similar and in the same mould as The Day After Tomorrow where a global disaster is the result of technology's impact on the environment. The movies may focus on how ocean pollution, carbon saturation and deforestation are part of a greater prophecy, or create the conditions necessary to fulfill it.

2012 is supposed to be the date when our civilization is coming to an end. The realization of billions of people dying, but there are only a few we're instructed to care about. The final quarter of the film, where utterly unnecessary to the disaster elements, is also the best section, finally abandoning generic and plasticine *CGI for situations that feel real and dangerous.

With 2012, as you probably could have guessed from the poster art of tidal waves crashing over the Himalayas, Emmerich is letting go of whatever restraint he night have had before.

In conclusion, i think that this is definitely a gripping and infallible film to watch. This films suit more to the adults as it catches and draw lots of the adults' attention in watching it and is more to a documentary. After watching 2012, there is a profusion of questions about how real the movie was. Since there's profuse I would still recommend my friends to watch.
